1. About this site
This website is operated by PT. Apex Property Management (“Apex”, “we”, “us”). By browsing the site or sending an enquiry you agree to these terms.
2. Listings & availability
Property details, pricing and availability are provided for information and may change without notice. Availability and prices are confirmed in writing before any booking or contract. Indicative USD figures are for reference only; contracts are concluded in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
3. Long-term rentals
Apex offers both long-term and holiday villa rentals: monthly, 6-month and yearly terms, as well as shorter holiday stays. Each rental is governed by a separate written rental agreement. A deposit secures the property, with the balance due before move-in. A refundable security deposit is returned within 7 working days after check-out, following a check-in and check-out inspection, less any deductions for damage or outstanding charges. The exact amounts and what each rental includes are set out in your individual agreement.
4. Enquiries & communication
When you submit the contact form or message us on WhatsApp, you consent to us contacting you about your enquiry. We handle your details in line with applicable Indonesian law and do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Property management
Property management, finding, developing and building services are subject to a separate service agreement signed with the property owner. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images and branding) belongs to Apex or its partners and may not be reused without permission.
